Subject of Agreement: Snagchecker.site (hereinafter "Service") provides independent property inspection and technical consulting services in the Antalya/Alanya region, Turkey.
Nature of Service: The Service acts as an independent observer ("the eyes of the client"). We perform a technical audit of the property's visible and measurable parameters using specialized tools.
Limitation of Liability: The Service provides an informational technical report of the property status at the moment of inspection. The Service does not provide legal, real estate brokerage, or certified structural engineering judicial expertise. The final purchase decision remains solely with the Client.
The Contractor shall not be held liable for decisions made by the Customer and shall in no way be interested in the acceptance or cancellation of the Customer's decisions.
Execution: The service is considered fully rendered once the digital Technical Report (Checklist with photo/video evidence) is delivered to the Client via Email or Messenger.2. Privacy Policy
Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to perform the inspection: Client's name, email, phone number (Telegram/WhatsApp), and the exact address of the property.
Data Usage: Your personal data and property inspection reports are strictly confidential. We do not share your information, property photos, or defect lists with real estate agents, developers, or third parties without your explicit consent.
Storage: All data is processed securely in accordance with standard international data protection regulations.3. Refund Policy
Full Refund: The Client is entitled to a 100% refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection time.
Partial Refund / Rescheduling: If the developer/agent refuses access to the property upon our arrival through no fault of the Service, a travel fee of 30% is charged, and the remaining 70% is refunded (or the session is rescheduled).
No Refund: No refunds are issued after the inspection has been physically performed and the Technical Report has been generated and delivered to the Client.Coockies
